ROTH Certified Trainer

Maranda Riley

The Voice of Winter's Horses

A lifelong horsewoman and passionate equine advocate, Maranda Riley deeply understands the unique challenges of Minnesota's demanding climate. As a ROTH Certified Trainer and North American Saddlery School Certified Bit and Bridle fitter serving central Minnesota, she draws from nearly three decades of equine experience to offer on-site training, lessons, and consultations within a 120-mile radius of Brainerd.

Maranda excels at resolving "behavioral" issues by giving horses a voice to become true partners. She finds joy in supporting guardians as they build authentic connections with their equine companions. With kindness at her core, she values clear communication, consistency, and empathy in every interaction.

Maranda trains with genuine lightness regardless of the challenge, always seeking the best approach for each horse's individual needs. Though she incorporates multiple modalities in her work, she remains a forever student of the horse—believing that in bettering ourselves, we improve our equine friends' lives.
